Clinical Data Customer Care Representative : Bridgewater, NJ
Customer Care Representative with 2 years IT help desk or other IT support experience required. You will have Computer Experience and experience of PC, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Powerpoint. You must also be bilingual (English*Spanish or English*German or French). Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and relational databases such as Oracle is desired. Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated Industry is a plus. This is a great opportunity for experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our client who is a provider of cardiac safety and clinical data technology-based products and services in Bridgewater, NJ. You will provide a primary contact point between the client and the customer base through telephone support, email and faxes, and listening and responding to the client?s questions*issues. The role involves 10% Travel. Competitive compensation and benefit package. Days and Hours: Mon-Fri 3am-11:30am. Local candidates only please.
